What is Movement
Coaching?

My approach to personal training focuses on mobility, real strength, and feeling good in your body.

20 years exploring and coaching movement and fitness.

Over that time, I’ve developed the Move Better Method, a structured, adaptable approach rooted in real-world experience.

It blends strength, mobility, cardio, and playful movement to help people move and feel better for life.

Every program is tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle, so each session is built to help you:

  • Restore essential human movement patterns

  • Rebuild strength, mobility, and flexibility

  • Improve cardiovascular fitness

  • Reduce risk of sport and life-related injury

  • Build physical resilience that lasts

  • Explore functional weight training for real-life results

My mission is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and live better so you can keep doing the things you love for years to come.

Session structure

Each session blends strength, mobility, and cardio to focus on what matters most to you.

Each session is tailored to your goals

No two sessions are exactly the same—so training stays purposeful, adaptable, and never boring.

We’ll focus on the elements that make the most sense for you.

What a Typical Session Might Include

  • Light cardio to prepare your body and awaken the nervous system

  • Mobility flows to improve joint mobility, access end ranges, and prepare for dynamic movement

  • Fundamental patterns to build control, mobility, and body awareness

  • Functional strength training using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and bodyweight

  • Intervals to build heart health, stamina, and real-world conditioning

  • Breath-led end-range mobility to finish calm, open, and energised

You’ll build real-life strength and mobility without hours in the gym.

Every client has helped shape the way I coach.

I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people from different age groups, backgrounds, and abilities.

Here’s what a few of them have shared:

“Michal has a huge enthusiasm for movement and functional training. He brings his knowledge, positive energy and unique spirit to every session and conversation. He's shared valuable training, recovery and injury prevention advice with my two highly athletic sons as well as myself.”

'“Thank to Michal's natural movement method, I've progressed further than I could ever imagine. I've not  dislocated my shoulder or sprained my ankle for over a year and I've been training with Michal for that time.”

Lexy | Nurse (Age: 28)

“Highly recommended. Michal has been invaluable at helping me recover from hip and back pain, and to get my fitness, strength and energy back. He is skilled and knowledgable, and he tailors each session. He’s a superstar.”
