Here is an idea

Commit to just 3 minutes of movement. That’s it.

If after 3 minutes you’re still not feeling it — stop. Do something else. But in 98.7% of cases (scientifically verified by me 😄), I end up doing more.

Because often the hardest part is just starting.

So I made this short 3-minute flow for you.

You can do it first thing in the morning or whenever your body needs a little reset.
